All of our massage treatments begin with a hot stone introduction and include warm towel compressions. Treatments are customized for your specific set of concerns that will help relieve pain, reduce stress and work on specific problem areas.

Our Spa Practitioners are 2nd year students on their way to becoming RMT's.  These massage treatments begin with a hot stone introduction and include warm towel compressions. Treatments are customized for your specific set of concerns that will help relieve pain, reduce stress and work on specific problem areas.  These massages are non claimable on extended medical benifits.

Hot Stone Massage

Ideal for chronic pain. The use of heat and targeted massage techniques promotes relief to aching muscles.

Après Adventure

After a fun-filled day outdoors, reward your body with a combination of hot stones, warm towel compressions and a Ghewol foot treatment. This massage is designed to relieve tired muscles, reduce inflammation and enhance the body's natural healing process.

Prenatal Massage

This session focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone while relieving mental and physical fatigue. 

Cupping Massage Package

An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of cups. This combined with massage helps to further relieve pain, inflammation and increase blood flow.
