Traditional Thai Massage

Also known as Thai Yoga Massage, a therapy preformed on a traditional floor mat that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. It involves a unique blend of stretching, pressure, and rhythmic movements to promote relaxation, improve flexibility, and increase circulation.  Loose clothing will be provided.

Thai oil massage is a soothing and therapeutic massage technique that combines traditional Thai massage principles with the use of aromatic oils. Unlike traditional Thai massage, which focuses on deep acupressure and assisted stretching, Thai oil massage involves smooth, flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle pressure to promote relaxation and improve circulation.

The use of essential oils enhances the experience by nourishing the skin and stimulating the senses. This massage is known for its calming effect, helping to relieve stress, tension, and muscle soreness while leaving the body feeling rejuvenated.

Thai Foot Massage

Thai Foot massage is a centuries-old therapy that helps people heal and remain healthy.  It can boost blood and lymph flow to the nerve centre through the muscles in the soles of the feet. Consequently, internal organs perform more efficiently, improving body balance and general health, promoting better sleep, stretching fascia or connective tissue essentially that lines in your soles and ankles area.

Thai Foot Massage provides a sort of light acupressure that affects the entire body and is a pleasant and energizing massage of the feet and lower legs.
